Should I pay shipping costs?

Shipping costs are free for Iberian Peninsula. Minimum order of 100€ (plus VAT). Only wholesalers. 

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and international please get in touch with the company: info@incienso-incense.com

 

Can I return the order if there is a problem?

Returns will be accepted no later than seven days from receiving the order.
The product will have to keep your warranty seal, packaging and original packaging.
You will have to communicate your rights of return, in advance, by e-mail  to info@incienso-incense.com

 

Return shipping costs are borned by the customer.

Once recovered and revised the merchandise, the new product will be shipped within 7 days.
If the return was for product defect, return costs are on us, returning the amount by bank transfer.

 

How should I pay the order?

Payment by credit card: 
You can pay by VISA, SERVIRED, 4B (Secure payment by your bank) card.

What's the warranty of the products?

In incienso-incense.com we only sell products of the highest quality.


Quality tested, endorsed and recommended by professionals, meaning that if you or your gift beneficiary are not satisfied with the quality of our product, we will replace the item used or proceed to refund your money according to the conditions described above.

 

To what geographical area do shipments arrive?

Deliveries to all Spain and the EU.

 

What treatment is given to my personal data? 

All personal data provided through our store, forms, or by telephone, will be kept exclusively in the database of our company H&B Incense.

 

These data will be protected and not disclosed to third parties, disagreement with current legislation on protection of personal data (Law 15/99 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 994/1999 11 June), the Regulation of security measures for automated files containing data of a personal nature.

 

Can I cancel or change my order? 
You may cancel or change your order before 24H after it is done, because after this date the order will be generated and implemented for delivery.
